Extreme Sports Conditioning

Ben Palmer is an accomplished Alpinist, having climbed extensively in the Western Alps and the high Himalaya. He specialises in extreme sports and multi discipline sports conditioning, designing custom exercise solutions for amongst others, rock and ice climbers, white water kayakers and play-boaters, mountain bikers and tri-athletes, skiers and snowboarders. More recently he has written periodised training programmes for expeditions to Mount Everest and the South Pole, making him the only United Kingdom based personal trainer specialising in extreme expedition exercise solutions. |
